A black and white image showing Brewster's Wharf and the Peirce Island Bridge from Mechanic Street. Brewster's Wharf was bought by Wylie Brewster from William T. (Bill) Rose. The Peirce Island Bridge as pictured was replaced in the 1950s. Kids would climb the narrow columnar posts and dive off.
