A pictorial-style bookplate in black ink on ivory paper featuring a room with a table, chair, and large bookshelf filled with books. There are several books and a lamp on the table, and above the bookcase there are a number of vases and picture frames. This scene is surrounded by an elaborate, asymmetrical border with books and leaf motifs and a banner which reads "Un coin de ma bibliotheque," which translates from the French to "A corner of my library." A banner beneath bears the name Wilbur Cherrier Whitehead.
